If you are interested in becoming a .XXX registrar, our one requirement is to be ICANN Accredited.
If you are an ICANN Accredited Registrar, it will be necessary to have your RADAR administrator log in and designate .XXX as a TLD, and sign the .XXX appendix once provided.
ICM will receive notification from ICANN that your appendix has been completed.
ICM will forward to you our Registry Registrar Agreement (RRA) and related authorization forms.
Upon receipt of the RRA, related authorization forms and initial deposit, ICM will forward the Sunrise Manual and related technical documents.
ICM and Afilias will help you through our Operational Test Environment (OTE).
